Michael McDonnell and Robert Haydock have 45 years collective experience in property management and residential lettings.

Before setting up in business we previously worked together throughout the South Manchester area - successfully expanding the Didsbury branch of one the UK’s largest letting agents. During this time, we've acquired an excellent local knowledge of the private rented sector & learnt - from experience - the fundamental practices required for good property management. Having set up our own Agency in 2000, we've since worked tirelessly to build a network consisting of local landlords & suitably qualified & reliable contractors. We've also established productive working relationships with many other professionals, equally connected with the lettings industry - such as solicitors, surveyors, independent financial consultants, & corporate asset managers.
